                                                    Mr. Phillip Winston Weeden




                 Phillip Weeden started his own personal training business called Naturally Gifted Personal Training more
           then 5 years years ago after working different jobs and realizing what his passion truly was. In the beginning,
           Phillip got into fitness for his own personal reasons and participated in a few bodybuilding competitions and
           being featured in a couple magazines. Realizing he wanted to expand his "fitness world", he decided that he
           wanted to help others change themselves to become healthier, he began personal training and has been very
           successful at it.

It was at the age of 15 when I realized that I loved to workout because of sports. At the age of 18
     upon graduating high school is when I decided to see where the fitness world would take me. I worked
     my way up the ranks at Bally Total Fitness in Beachwood, Ohio from being hired in as the Porter to 1 year
     later being a Jr. District Operation Manager overseeing 3 clubs and the Personal Training. It was when I
     moved to Florida, I received my P.A.R (Physical Action Response) certification that helped me land a
     government contract overseas (Iraq) from 2009- 2011. I am government certified in speed, strength,
     sports conditioning, core/ balance and general health & fitness. CPR/ AED certified through Cuyahoga

          I used to tip the scales at 275 about 7 years ago, so I know what it takes to shed the pounds
      and keep them off.  The road that I used to lose it started 3 years ago and ranged from basic cross training
      workouts, high intensity training, tabata, and boxing.  I use the full spectrum in my workouts so that your

               My fitness journey began 15 years ago while going through the Police Academy 50 lbs. overweight
        and running a mile and half in almost 30 minutes. I was determined and sought the help of a personal
        trainer who changed my life drastically!  I graduated the academy with the recognition of most improved
        and at the top of my class!  Every since then I have wanted to help change lives in the same way that my
        trainer changed mine.  Beyond Basics Fitness Coaching became my dedication to my passion where I'm a
        now a fitness coach and Yoga instructor and enjoy helping others reach their fitness goals through the
        wonderful practice of yoga and other fitness regimens.

    My fitness journey stated as a client in 2006 at Cater 2 U Fitness in Bedford Heights, Ohio.
        Deforest Hart, took me under his wings, pushed me, and surrounded me with brilliant trainers and
       instructors who took the time to teach me everything I know, including Phillip Weeden. From there
       I took it up a level and found my Personal Trainer, Mike Berry, who not only taught me, shaped my
       view as a woman in the Personal Training world, and helped me with my fitness goals. I began teaching
       classes at Cater 2 U Fitness for several years and became a Personal Trainer as Mahogany 360 Fitness,
       LLC. I am Ace Certified as a Personal Trainer, IFA Certified as an Aerobic Instructor & Personal Trainer
       including, Step-Kickboxing & Group Exercise, CPR & AED Certified through the American Red Cross.

    I have hosted many Medical Conferences, Women’s Health Expos, churches, and different organizations
       throughout the city of Cleveland, Ohio. In addition, I have also hosted many Mental and Physical Health
                                                         Seminars for my sorority of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. which includes my Chapter and Graduate College
                                                         of Cleveland State University, as well as, Case Western Reserve University. My passion is to continue dedicating
                                                         myself to help others achieve their fitness goals as many others have done for me.

           



                                                                     Karen Wright


                  Karen is a Certified Zumba Instructor since 2009. She is an active member of the Zumba Instructors
          Network (ZIN).  In 2010, she earned the International Fitness Association Certification (IFA) in group
          exercise, aerobics and personal training. However, she found her passion teaching group fitness through
          Zumba.

                 She taught Zumba at various gyms and studios across greater Cleveland and Suburban areas such
          as Team Energetics, Jumpstart Health & Fitness, Next Level Dance Studio,   Body Perfection Studio
          and Cater 2U Fitness. She has taught sessions at various fundraising events such as the United Way
         drive for the Cleveland Clinic Education Department, American Cancer Foundation at the Nordonia
         Emergency Shelter and Relay for Life at Orange High School in Pepper Pike. Karen taught Zumba
                                                           sessions at many Women’s Health Conferences and Medical Conferences throughout the city, including
                                                           the American Association of American Medical Colleges national conference. In addition, she has taught
                                                           at fairs for several churches, organizations and parties.

                                                                   Karen’s passion is to help others achieve their fitness goals while having fun in the process!

                                                                   Tanya Rankin- Richardson




        
I am an exercise and fitness specialist with a certification in weight management. I have been a
       fitness instructor for 9 years and a personal trainer for 12 years. I lost 80 pounds and have kept it off
       for over 9 years and I love to teach people how to have a healthy relationship with food in order to
       achieve their weight management goals.
